    BACKORDERS:  All backordered items will be noted on your invoice as (B/O), you will not be charged until they are in stock and shipped. As soon as any backordered parts are received from our suppliers, they will be shipped without delay. In the event a long delay is anticipated you will be notified of the expected delivery time.

    DISCONTINUED PARTS:
    Parts that are no longer available will be indicated on your invoice as (NLA). A refund will be sent via your credit card for any parts ordered that we can no longer supply. Your name and needed part will be put into our computer system. If the part becomes available again, we will notify you either by email or mail.

    PAYMENT METHODS:
    Orders will be accepted by mail, fax, telephone, E-mail or from our website. You have options of pre-payment, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover cards. We also accept payments through PayPal. For your protection we will require the following information on all credit card charges: Account number and expiration, full name and billing address, three digit CCD code which is located on the back of your credit card. In the event that your charge is not authorized we will contact you for instructions.

  • Shipping & Delivery

  • Classic Sunbeam Inc ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Classic Sunbeam Inc ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico.  Please see our International Shipping Terms listed below.  The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. 

    SHIPPING POLICY:
    All orders will be promptly shipped within 24 hours. Please allow 2-4 weeks additional time when ordering specific colors or "Special Order" items.

    SHIPPING METHORDS:
    Unless you have specific shipping needs, we will ship via the least expense means. We typically ship United Parcel Servic or USPS Priority mail. Please note United Parcel Service will not ship to P.O. or A.P.O. boxes

    SHIPPING CHARGES:
    ESTIMATED shipping charges - UPS $6.85, Prority Mail $6.90. Will ship using the least expense method and our shipping charges are the current United Parcel Service or United States Postal Service Charges.

    UPS COD ORDERS:
    Please add $11.00 COD orders will be money orders or certified check only.

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Classic Sunbeam Inc is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.



  • Return Policy

  • You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Classic Sunbeam Inc reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. 

    RETURN & REFUNDS: 
    Prompt adjustments will be made on any part which is defective or not as ordered. Please note that electrical parts are tested before shipping and can not be returned. Parts returned must be unused and in the original packing with 30 days of purchase. Please include a copy of your invoice for proper crediting.
